🍫 Returns & Replacements

Because our chocolate is made in small batches and is perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Melted Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • melted
  • or incorrect

👉 contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ben@roguechocolate.com

Include:

  • your order number
  • a photo of the issue

If approved, we’ll replace your order at no cost.


Shipping & Handling

We take extra care to protect your chocolate:

  • orders are packed carefully
  • shipped with ice when needed

That said, chocolate is sensitive to heat, and transit conditions can vary.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • perishable goods (including all chocolate products)
  • limited or made-to-order batches (including Founder’s Batch items)
  • gift cards
