Shipping policy

Processing & Production

All orders from this campaign are part of our Founder’s Batch preorder.

We are currently setting up our new space and small-batch production, and orders will ship once the first batch is complete.

👉 We anticipate shipping starting in July.

Peanut butter cups will ship in a later batch once production is fully underway.


Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate shipping: $9.99 per order
  • Free local pickup available in Salem (see below)

Shipping Method

All orders are:

  • carefully packed
  • shipped with insulation and ice when needed
  • handled to maintain quality during transit

We ship via standard carriers (USPS/UPS) depending on your location.


Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive.

We take precautions to protect your order, but factors like:

  • extreme heat
  • shipping delays
  • time left outside after delivery

can affect condition.

👉 We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.


Local Pickup (Salem)

Local customers can choose pickup at the Reed Opera House in Salem at checkout.

  • No shipping fee
  • You’ll be notified when your order is ready

Delivery Timing

Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:

  • 2–5 business days (West Coast)
  • 3–7 business days (rest of U.S.)

Tracking information will be provided once your order is on the way.


Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect:

Include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll make it right.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • packages delivered to incorrect addresses
  • delays caused by carrier issues
